Table leaders Vipers SC travel to Kavumba to take on 13th-placed
in what promises to be a high-stakes encounter. The Venoms secured a narrow 2-1 win in the reverse fixture at St. Mary’s Kitende, but they now face a desperate Police side aiming to end a prolonged winless run.
Vipers, currently on 43 points, will extend their lead at the top to six points with a victory, putting pressure on second-placed NEC FC, who play on Friday. Lugazi FC, making their debut in the top flight, will be looking to complete a historic season double over seven-time champions Express FC. In the first round, Lugazi stunned Express with a shock victory at Nakivubo for their first win of the campaign.

The late kick-off pits BUL FC against Kitara FC at the newly renovated Hamz Stadium, Nakivubo, in a clash of two of the league’s most in-form sides.
BUL, 3rd with 29 points, edged the reverse fixture in Butema and will be looking to complete a double over Kitara.
